Amazon Sr. Operations Manager, eero in Virtual Location - Washington, Washington

Description

Partner Success is part of eero’s Operations team and is responsible for delivering a seamless experience for our internet service provider (ISP) partners. Our Sr. Operations Manager plays an integral role on our Partner Success team by partnering with eero’s Marketing and Product teams to coordinate product go-to-market initiatives and collaborate on topics like product pricing feature request prioritization. The position also identifies key partner insights and presents them to cross-functional stakeholders. Finally, the position drives product acceleration initiatives and coordinates the end-of-sale of older generation products. Integral to the role, our Sr. Operations Manager works closely with eero’s Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Legal and Manufacturing teams.

Key job responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with eero’s Marketing, Product, Customer Support and Partner Enablement teams to plan the successful launch of new eero products with our ISP partners. Partner on the requirements for product sales and informational materials, coordinate Partner Success Manager trainings on new product features and sales messaging, and conduct early sales programs to assess partner demand and guide manufacturing builds.

  • Collect, organize and prioritize ISP partner feature requests and collaborate with eero’s Product team on new feature development. Conduct monthly feature request meetings between Partner Success and Product Management to track the status of features in development.

  • Coordinate weekly business review and monthly voice of the customer reports that detail partner updates, identify key trends, and track the status of important internal projects. Leverage these reports to provide company-wide visibility on ISP partners’ wins and most important needs.

  • Identify opportunities to accelerate sales of specific products and lead subsequent acceleration efforts with eero Partner Success Managers, including sales pipeline tracking, incentives and promotions. Conduct product end-of-sale planning and coordinate end-of-sale rollout with ISP partners.

  • Work with eero’s Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to collaborate on product pricing to maximize eero’s long-term profit. This includes price elasticity studies and financial impact assessments. Coordinate the rollout of new pricing to ISP partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally to launch new products to customers

  • 5+ years managing stakeholders and multiple large projects simultaneously

  • 2+ years working in networking, software and/or hardware spaces

Preferred Qualifications

  • Has impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness.

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of leading large group meetings with eero internal teams.

  • Is passionate and curious about technology. Has baseline knowledge of networking, software, and hardware.

  • Can effectively manage multiple medium to large projects simultaneously.

  • Is able to work cross-functionally with many teams and earn their trust.

  • Is able to multitask with a sense of urgency.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
