アマゾンウェブサービス(AWS)のさらなる成長の加速をSales teamとともにビジネスパートナーとしてけん引するSr. Field Sales Operations Managerを募集します。AWSはクラウドサービスを通じてクライアントのビジネスの成功に貢献しています。AWSは190か国の数十万にわたるクライアントともにそのビジネスを急成長させていますが、そのさらなる成長の加速をリードできるEnterpriseのお客さま向けのストラテジープランニングおよびエグゼキューションを担いSales teamとのビジネスパートナーとして活躍できる方を募集しています。 このポジションは、AWS Japanの重要領域の一角であるEnterpriseセグメントに対するGo-To-Marketストラテジー&プランニング、導入、モニタリングを担当するとともに、AWSリーダーシップチームやSalesチームに対する、ストラテジックゴール達成に必要な組織変革プランの提案も担います。また、グローバルチームに対する投資計画、ストラテジーの報告、Sales repのサポートも担います。加えて、ストラテジーの実行に向けた組織横断的な変革もリードしていただきます。具体的には、日本・世界各国の、ダイレクトセールス部門、パートナーセールス部門、ファイナンス部門、マーケティング部門、ソリューションアーキテクト部門、カスタマーサポート部門などと連携していただきます。また、変革を定着させるための仕組み作りも担当していただきます。

This growth is driving a rapid expansion of its world-wide sales organization and a need for this experienced sales strategy and operations leader.

This hands-on role leads developing, implementing, and managing the sales processes, systems, reports, and strategies that optimize sales functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives, particularly in the Enterprise Sales organization. They will develop detailed revenue attainment and customer adoption plans, report progress against those plans to Enterprise sales management and AWS leadership, and make recommendations for changes to sales strategies and investments based on those results. They will drive improvements to cross-organizational processes and systems related to sales, partnering with other AWS team leaders in finance, marketing, billing, data warehouse, product management, and customer support to create and refine the tools needed to drive sales productivity increases.

• 売上の正しいマッピングやアカウントの配置を適正化するオペレーション

• 投資計画、GTM戦略に関するプラン策定及びグローバルチームへのレポーティングによるリーダーシップのサポート

• 中長期的なアスピレーショナルゴールをAWS Japanが達成するためのEnterprise戦略のディスカッションのリードとファシリテーション

• セールスフォースドットコム(SFDC)、BIツール、エクセルなどを用いた、セールスの状況の分析に必要なダッシュボードの整備・運営

• ビジネスマネジメントシステムのニーズ収集と開発チームへの提案

• Field Sales Operations teamの組織デザインに対する提言

• Plan, develop and implement Enterprise Sales Go-To-Market Strategy with in-depth analysis to identify market opportunities

• Drive the business cadence with Enterprise Sales team and build the KPI, Initiatives and measure the outcome through the help of execution

• Execute the operation to make revenue mapping and account ownership accurate

• Develop the narratives of a country investment plan and GTM strategy and assist Enterprise Sales team leader in reporting country plan to the global team

• Guide Enterprise Sales leader and AWSJ leadership team to achieve AWSJ long-term aspirational goal

• Develop, manage and provide sales revenue and customer adoption reporting capabilities/systems to field personnel, sales management, and AWS leadership that support a global, multi-channel sales organization with actionable analytics

• Design and develop insightful dashboards, reports and metrics using SFDC, BI (Business Intelligence) and Excel

• Create and maintain business management system both for leadership team and partner success sales teams

• Effectively manage the growth of the sales strategy and operations team as it scales rapidly to meet the growing needs of the business. This includes head count allocation plan by sales teams

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience

  • Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations

  • Experience in business-process design or equivalent

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data and Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

  • Experience with SQL

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership

  • Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data driven analyses, and influencing results
