The B2B Payments and Lending team provides invoicing, working capital and payment acceptance solutions to Amazon Business customers. We are seeking a well-rounded Senior Program Manager with strong analytical skills to own the go-to-market strategy and drive customer adoption across our portfolio of our flagship Pay By Invoice product. This role will require the candidate to be a self starter and influence multiple teams such as Product, Credit and Marketing, and we expect this person to use this role as a stepping stone to grow into general management positions in Amazon .
Key job responsibilities
Define the Go-to-Market strategy for JP small and medium business and roadmap, and deliver initiatives to drive customer adoption of our flagship product Pay by Invoice.
Work with partner teams such as Product, Credit and Marketing to influence their roadmap and priorities to deliver against the GTM strategy
Be the advocate for our customers and lead team to set up VoC and research mechanism/program to enable us to identify opportunities to improve customer experience, drive engagement and increase GTM effectiveness.
Ownership of key adoption metrics, inclusive of reporting, driving progress against goals and representing the business in regular business reviews and senior leadership forums

Basic Qualifications
6+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Japanese: Advanced (able to negotiate externally, able to make presentations to management team)
English: Advanced (able to negotiate externally, able to make presentations to management team)
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
MBA
