Description
The position is based in the beautiful Tel Aviv campus. This is a hybrid role (3 days a week in the office) because we believe it is easier to learn, model, practice, and strengthen our culture when we’re in the office surrounded by our colleagues.

As a Software Development Engineer in Builder eXperience Team Technology, you will build new innovative services and build the future of HR. You will directly contribute to designing and building cutting-edge distributed systems.

Tel Aviv, ISR
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Experience in Large Language Models
Experience in NLP
