Amazon Australia 3P team is looking for innovative leader to help define and set economic conditions for the success of our sellers in Australia. To meet our sellers’ needs, our smart, diverse, customer-obsessed employees are constantly innovating on behalf of sellers, developing fee strategies and incentives to help sellers grow on Amazon.

As a Senior Product Manager for Revenue Strategy and Seller Fees, you will play a vital role in shaping Amazon's seller business growth and profitability in Australia and Singapore. These key e-commerce markets present unique opportunities and challenges that require tailored strategies. In this critical position, you will spearhead the development and execution of fee structures, incentive programs, and revenue optimization initiatives across Amazon's inbound, storage, and fulfillment networks specifically for the Australia and Singapore regions.

Your strategic vision and data-driven approach will drive impactful decisions that balance aggressive growth targets with sustainable profitability. You will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to deeply understand the dynamics, cost structures, and growth levers within these markets. Through rigorous analysis and market insights, you will craft differentiated fee models and programs that influence desired seller behaviors, attract top-tier sellers, and optimize revenue streams.

As the product leader for this domain, you will manage complex trade-offs between business objectives, technical constraints, and operational realities. Your ability to translate strategic goals into clear product requirements and an executable roadmap will be critical. With strong financial acumen and quantitative skills, you will accurately forecast impacts, measure success, and optimize initiatives – becoming a trusted strategic advisor to business leaders in Australia and Singapore.

Key job responsibilities

  • Strong financial acumen to understand tradeoffs to Amazon's business

  • Strong bias toward data-driven decision making with high impact.

  • Conduct primary & secondary market/industry research to identify latest trends

  • Develop understanding of different seller cohorts P&L and cost drivers.

  • Launching products and programs that drive business growth and desired seller behaviour

  • Making recommendations on how to better align Amazon costs to fees using existing and new tools/mechanisms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable in presenting work to senior audiences.

  • Measure impact of initiatives/products and program.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field

  • 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
