Amazon Global Selling (AGS) is one of Amazon’s business units that helps businesses from anywhere in the world to launch a global business, reaching Amazon customers around the world and building international brands. Central to AGS is the Seller Education team, committed to providing educational support Sellers need to establish a prosperous business on Amazon. We support Sellers throughout their journey - from registering, to launching and expanding their business globally. Our mission is to enable Sellers to acquire the knowledge and skillset they need to succeed on Amazon. We deliver our education through four modalities: video, PDF guides, live webinars and in-person workshops.

The Seller Education team is currently seeking a dynamic individual driven by customer satisfaction and data-driven insights to join our regional team. In this role, you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to analyze, design, and craft high-caliber creative assets tailored to multiple learning programs for Sellers. This presents a distinctive opportunity to contribute significantly to the advancement of a rapidly expanding business.

Key job responsibilities

  • Dive deep into Amazon Global Selling subjects, such as Seller Registration, Seller Central, Product & Tax Compliance, Account Health, Global Category Trends, Product Listing, Merchandising, Global Logistics & Inventory Management, Brand Owner Success or other Amazon programs areas to understand each domain.

  • Partner with business & marketing teams to understand Seller needs, define appropriate learning objectives, modalities and expectations.

  • Collaborate with multiple functional groups (e.g. Subject Matter Experts) across Asia Global Selling to develop technically accurate content that meets learning objectives and educates Sellers on the full portfolio of Amazon Global Selling subjects.

  • Respond to changes in products/programs/features/policies by revising content at the pace of innovation.

  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, content developments and best practices.

  • Launch and manage regional go-to-market campaigns for Seller University.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Singapore, SGP

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
