Key job responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing activities in support of company goals and objectives

· Coordinate line set up, equipment readiness and capacity modeling under time sensitive conditions.

· Establish and control the execution of operating strategies and plans

· Use statistical techniques to verify the effectiveness of team generated solutions

· Ensure quality of work through all phases of production

· Be able to work with other organizations building strong relationships within Amazon.

· Ensure compliance to corporate social standards.

· Lead cross-functional teams in factory readiness of high volume product launches up to an including, activities related to the end of product life

· Travel to domestic and overseas manufacturing factories for on site support per the business need.

A day in the life

The position is for a talented and highly motivated Operations Program Manager of Manufacturing supporting Lab126 products' manufacturing. This program manager will be responsible for the quality and delivery of market leading and high impact consumer electronics at contract manufacturer site.

About the team

Global Manufacturing & Operations team is a bridge between Contract Manufacturer (CM) factories and US Silicon Valley head quarter (Lab126), in charge of managing CM factories process development, sustaining and delivery high quality products to end users. Our team members based in Asia and USA; and we manage the CM factories located in Asia, America and Europe.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner
