Amazon Senior Seller Consultant in Shenzhen, China

Description

Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Senior Seller Consultant to join the China team. The objective of the role is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazon's global marketplace in EU, you will analyze sales data to identify opportunities and resolve seller blocker to help sellers succeed on the marketplace.

You are anticipated to participate in/or lead initiatives/projects with cross function teams to improve both internal teams' efficiencies and external Customer and Seller experiences, such as seller quality, seller onboarding and delivery experiences etc.

Key job responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Identify, recruit, launch and support sellers of various types to execute on aggressive growth plans.

  • Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.

  • Coordinate and lead project with cross function teams and deliver result with stakeholders

  • Feed back to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 2+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent

  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses

  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
