Description

Amazon Global Selling is looking for Senior Live Broadcast Manager to join our dynamic Asia Seller Education team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading livestream content series for Amazon’s critical domains (e.g., Supply Chain by Amazon), aligning with AGS’s business objectives and Seller’s educational needs. Moreover, you will build content development collaboration mechanism to create synergy with multiple functional teams, ensuring work efficiency and productivity while retain content quality.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will have the ability to seamlessly flex between managing multiple projects, owning schedules, outlining key milestones, and tracking deliverables. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and interfacing with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, project management skills, creativity to seek solutions driving projects succeed, and the ability to use data to get insights. Key job responsibilities

  1. Design and own the Live Broadcast educational content roadmap for critical domains, ensuring it aligning with AGS business objectives and Seller’s educational needs.

  2. Build and execute content development mechanism to create synergy with cross-functional teams, ensure work efficiency and productivity while retain content quality.

  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to stay updated with critical program progress and priority, reflecting the latest changes in current education content.

  4. Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop critical program content GTM initiatives, driving content consumptions.

  5. Develop and track metrics to evaluate critical program content performance and implement improvement ideas.

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project/program management experience that includes managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and excellent in working with cross-functionally team and a wide breadth of stakeholders.

  • Ability to develop, refine, and implement critical domain content strategy and roadmap.

  • Proficiency in communicating complex ideas and project status to stakeholders, team members, and executives, both verbally and in writing.

  • Proficiency in problem-solving capability and driving insight form data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of the cross-border e-commerce landscape, including regulatory, logistical, and cultural challenges of export e-commerce operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, MBA, or a related field.
