In our effort to support this aggressive growth around the world, we are looking for a passionate business analyst to turn data into actionable insights and play a critical role in maximizing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will: 1) analyze complex seller data and marketing performance to identify and develop segmentation criteria for marketing campaigns. 2) design and configure marketing automation workflows to streamline campaign execution. 3) build up & refine metrics framework to measure and track campaign performance 4) develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to marketing teams. In this role, you will have ownership of end-to-end analytics development to complex questions and you’ll play an integral role in strategic decision making. You should have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with business owners to understand business challenges & opportunities, and to drive data-driven decision into process & tool improvement together with business team. Above all, you should be passionate about how insights can be used to improve both the Customer and Seller experience of selling across borders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

    • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) a strong plus.
    • Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
    • Knowledge of data modeling and machine learning techniques
    • Demonstrated experience in preparing and executing presentations of analysis and insights to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
