The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Amazon Global Selling is looking for Live Broadcast Manager to join the Asia Seller Education team. In this role, you will build/manage mechanism to optimize Seller-success-oriented webinars by partnering with multiple functional teams, analyzing live broadcast data, generating actionable insights, quantifying down-stream-impact & investment, and streamlining user experience in Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will have the ability to seamlessly flex between managing multiple projects, owning schedules, outlining key milestones, and tracking deliverables. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and interfacing with internal teams and external contributors. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, sufficient digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to use data to get insights. Key job responsibilities

  1. Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute live broadcast enhancement initiatives to optimize mechanism management efficiency, content quality, and user satisfaction for all target audience populations in Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

  2. Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure webinar program success and premium user experience.

  3. Build and execute mechanism to gather and analyze voice of customer to identify new opportunities.

  4. Develop and track metrics to evaluate webinar effectiveness and implement improvement ideas.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project/program management experience that includes managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives

  • Proficiency in communicating complex ideas and project status to stakeholders, team members, and executives, both verbally and in writing in English/Chinese

  • Proficiency in data analysis and generating insights to evaluate live broadcast performance and implement improvement ideas.

  • Ability to develop, refine, and implement program strategy and roadmap.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, MBA, or a related field.
