The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 17 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local businesses’ success and growth on the Amazon. Amazon Global Selling CN online marketing team in continuously supporting overall Amazon Global Selling CN prospective selling partners’ acquisition and existing selling partners’ education, as well as branding awareness enhancement. We’re now seeking a professional email marketing manager who will in charge of CN Seller facing Email deployment and ensure good Email experience for Paid Service. He/she will be a core member in Email marketing team and work closely with customers, Paid Service marketing team, and global email team to improve seller experience and empower business metrics.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Own CNGS Seller facing Email coding, deployment and operation based on Pardot

  2. Review Email content and sending list to ensure good Seller experience

  3. Own email performance report and provide insight and optimization solution based on result to stakeholders regularly

  4. Work closely with Email system team to ensure system health and escalate for necessary support or system development

  5. Provide email related consultation, including system, content, design, CTA, report to business stakeholders to ensure smooth email delivery

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese

  • Bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience

  • 6+ years marketing working experience, 1+ years in Email management, good at html coding, familiar with Email design.

  • Proved record of email management and deployment to drive business growth

  • Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices

  • Ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure Email/CRM performance, determine improvements and innovations

  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Tech.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with email platforms such as Pardot
