Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our finance team in China.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with Business Intelligence Engineers to recognize and help adopt the best practices in reporting and analysis.
-Help continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for customers.
-Forecast modeling design for financial planning
-Interface with business customers to gather requirements, with ETL extract, transform and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL, Python or Java.
-Model data and metadata to support monthly, weekly and ad-hoc request.
-Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to provide actual achievement and influence key business decisions.
-Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon's data resources and know when, how, which to use and which not to use.
-Design, implement and support an analytical data infrastructure.
-Identify data issue and collaborate with partner team to enhance data quality.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience with Excel
Experience with SQL
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Logistic industry knowledge is a plus
