Our co-branded payment marketing team is focused on working with best-in-class partners to deliver payment solutions that meet the needs of our business customers. Our team is continuously innovating and adding new market-leading features to delight our customers. We are looking for a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise developing and driving lifecycle marketing programs.

As a Marketing Manager for the Small Business Credit Card program, you will be involved in planning, executing and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns for Amazon businesses. You will play an integral role in building and engaging our Prospects and customer base via demand and lead generation campaigns, and in creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of Amazon. You will develop marketing content that reaches our audience to drive product demand via diversified marketing channels including web, email, social plus partner marketing channels. In addition, you will analyze web traffic and other metrics and report on performance to management teams.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop engagement strategies focused on driving key high-value actions within the Amazon Business American Express Co-brand portfolio

  • Develop marketing campaigns that support our small business credit card projects, including website, email and digital advertising

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, program partners and data science teams on go-to market strategy, campaign development and implementation

  • Create and execute demand and lead generation programs

  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency

  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines

  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
