Amazon is seeking an experienced, talented, and motivated Senior Product Manager Technical (PM-T) to join our Customer Insights team focused on opportunities for brands to engage with consumers and thrive on Amazon.

As a Senior Product Manager - Technical on our team, you will assess Amazon services, processes, and metrics (e.g., comparisons with industry trends), identify opportunities to improve CX, specify tools/systems requirements for development, prescribe future state recommendations and strategies, and validate the improvement effort for brands. You will innovate and build new methodologies and products to continuously iterate and improve the brand-building and advertising experience.

Key job responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand priorities, define our roadmap, and to collaborate and work with them on actions to implement product and service solutions.

  • Plan and deliver customer insight products by working backwards from customer needs. For example, scoping each unique effort, design data collection and analysis, tech assessment, and provide recommendations which are presented to senior leadership.

  • Identify, track, and monitor industry experience trends and drivers of customer satisfaction.

  • Work cross functionally with colleagues globally to support training, best practices, and shared opportunities

A day in the life
