Amazon is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and develop our Subscribe & Save and Buy More & Save programs in Brazil. In this strategic people management role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of these key customer offering programs that enhance the value proposition for Amazon customers.

Key job responsibilities

  • Establish the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for the Subscribe & Save and Buy More & Save programs

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, performance, and continuous improvement of these programs

  • Manage a talented team of program managers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Analyze program data and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth

  • Collaborate with leaders across Retail, Prime, Advertising, Operations and other key business areas to ensure seamless integration and alignment

  • Drive the development and testing of new program features, promotions, and pricing strategies

  • Represent the programs in cross-functional meetings and executive presentations

  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and exceptional customer focus

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in program/product management, operations, or a related field

  • People management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data

  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives to completion

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL
