Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Coordinator. This position will support operations expansion by implementing scalable solutions in order to guarantee quality of processes and drive standards adoption.
Responsible to provide the best Driver Associate onboarding and learning experience. Ensure that Drivers are instructed on how to work in a safe, quality focused environment and set them up for success. Manage learning app, guarantee account creation automation and training assignments. Design and develop learner-centered materials and activities that align with learning outcomes, apply adult learning principles, and inform learner progress and success in online learning environments. Focused to enable the success of Delivery Associates by adapting to different learning styles and taking a hands-on training approach to demonstrate what good looks like. Exhibit Learn and Be Curious by answering all Delivery Associates’ questions and finding the answers if you are not sure of the correct response. Manage and coach Driver Trainers.
Key Job responsibilities:
• Manage DA’s training in Learning App: onboarding course, notifications, and knowledge checks.
• Create DA virtual training content and supervise notification developed by Driver Trainers.
• Work with DSP and Ops teams to identify DA learning needs, select appropriate learning instructional methods (eLearning, instructor-led, blended) and apply instructional design theories, practices and methods.
• Develop strategies for integrating learning solutions with digital learning methodologies ensuring a blended approach for learners.
• Work with learning app provider to keep launching new training features for Brazil.
• Design and develop e-learning solutions using a combination of media, including text, graphics, animation, audio, video, and interactive content compatible and complied to company platform, to maximize engagement and successfully transfer the instructional message.
• Audit the training compliance and NPS scores

Basic Qualifications
Completed Bachelor’s Degree
Experience leading, teaching and developing people to deliver key organizational goals
Experience with Learning Methodologies and content creation
Ability to influence others without having positional authority
Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
Cross-functional project management experience
Experience using and communicating performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field as well as a MBA is a plus
Experience with content and design development software’s
SQL and programming knowledge
Experience with LMS platforms
Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight, as needed
Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
