Job Information

Amazon Sr. Software Dev Engineer, Amazon Q in Santa Clara, California

Description

We are looking for a software development engineer for the Next Generation Developer Experience team. Our mission is broad and (deliberately) ambiguous. GenAI is going to help builders create faster, cheaper, more secure, and more reliable applications. GenAI will open the door for other kinds of builders, of all different backgrounds, to build with the power of AWS. We believe every facet of cloud development is changing, and our goal is to invent and drive this change for our current and future builders. This team provides unique opportunity to work closely with scientists to work on cutting edge GenAI and other AI/ML techniques and take new models to production.

AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS’s services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.
