The Mechatronics Sustainable Packaging (MSP) Business Solutions team is seeking a Senior Product Manager. The role requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to move quickly and be flexible while delivering high quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new product(s) vision, strategy and roadmap.
Work with engineering, finance and business teams to identify opportunities for new products/services that enable product development scalability.
Authors Working Backwards documents [PRFAQ].
Proactively identifies and resolves issues that may impact the product roadmap.
Define business requirements. Translate requirements into features and user stories.
Own project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Manages product implementation(s) budget, scope, and timeline.
Define KPIs to measure product success.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
