Then you may be interested in joining our AWS Media & Entertainment, Games and Sports Business Development team to drive adoption and transformation around the world.

As a result, advertisers are empowered to build deeper, more personalized connections with audiences and lasting consumer relationships that deliver increased revenue and long-term business value.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Key job responsibilities

• Partnering with Account Management teams to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenue growth from Media & Entertainment workloads

• Working with customers and AWS partners to identify and lead proof of concept engagements and develop new and innovative solutions

• Partnering with AWS Solutions Architecture resources in design, POC, pricing, TCO and delivery activities

• Collaborating with AWS professional Services to implement solutions and packaged offerings

• Conducting executive workshops with industry leaders

• Participating in and representing AWS in key Media & Entertainment industry associations and events including Publishing and Advertising

Work with account managers, solutions architects, professional services and partners to identify and develop new opportunities to deploy Media & Entertainment workloads with our customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to conduct business conversations in both English and German

  • Successful communication and delivery of technology driven business change programs

  • Stakeholder management in cross functional organisations

  • Awareness of Publishing and Advertising technology ecosystems and workflows

  • Creation and communication of business outcomes that include media content or audience engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Industry wide engagement and public speaking related to content monetisation

  • Familiarity with the use of Data science and Generative AI in building business cases
