Amazon Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Alexa Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico

Are you passionate about cutting edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and ambient computing? The Alexa International team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define and execute the marketing strategy for Alexa in MX and Spanish speaking US. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, monetization, and retention for Alexa through strategic marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization.

Key job responsibilities

  • Establish deep expertise in Alexa's various use cases and develop impactful marketing strategies to drive high-value customer actions, engagement, monetization, and retention.

  • Manage complex tradeoffs across multiple strategic marketing initiatives and establish streamlined, efficient processes for campaign delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with the product team to create and execute exceptional customer journeys for Alexa use cases.

  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that could undermine the overall strategy and impede achievement of customer adoption and financial goals.

  • Work in partnership with business intelligence, engineering, and merchandising teams to design and execute test-and-learn plans that drive engagement, prevent customer churn, and support critical business initiatives in a scalable manner.

  • Define new campaign proposals and conduct effectiveness studies to identify actions for continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

  • Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both

  • Native Level Spanish proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
