Amazon Sr. Marketing Manager, Lifecycle in Mexico City, Mexico

Description

We’re looking for a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and deliver engagement programs that delight our customers and deepen their relationship with Amazon. This person will design, test and scale engagement strategies to increase customer adoption of key shopping benefits. You will flex your analytical and creative abilities as you design, experiment and build out marketing programs that help customers experience and understand how Amazon can help provide greater value and strengthen customer engagement.

In this role, you will own the experimentation strategy to determine the best way to set up new engagement tests to achieve the desired learnings. You will lead marketing execution across owned and operated as well as paid marketing channels. To be successful, you will be naturally curious, thrive in ambiguity, be willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done and obsess about how to serve our customers better. This role requires the ability to move quickly and use a test and learn approach to develop scalable marketing programs.

Key job responsibilities

• Create a lifecycle marketing strategy for Amazon Mexico to drive purchase frequency, retention and reactivation

• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns by developing cross-channel strategy, identifying customer segments, and key messages

• Build, test, and optimize engagement and retention programs, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, insights; regularly report out metrics

• Generate deep insight about customers and invent new ways to delight and introduce/engage our customers with Amazon promotions and experiences

• Partner with product and technology teams to identify new opportunities to increase engagement from active and lapsed customers.

• Partner with BI on the prioritization of the highest ROI models, reporting, and insight generation that will drive needle-moving retention improvements

• Champion engagement and retention best practices across stakeholder teams

• Contribute regularly to weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews and annual planning

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Bachelor's Degree or certificate of completion of studies required

  • Fluent in both, English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
