Amazon Program Manager Continuous Improvement, FBA Amazon in Mexico City, Mexico
Description
As FBA Aces PM, you will be responsible to standardize and improve FBA processes across all our distribution centers.
Key job responsibilities
You analyze processes, drive continuous improvements to the supply chain design, go frequently in Fulfiment centers to test and implement changes. You build mechanisms (reportings, dashboards). Work very close to ACES team to coordinate and improve processes across al FCs and business team to detect opportunities and improve SX.
About the team
You are part of the Operational Excellence team and know the right methodologies to drive changes (Lean, Six Sigma, etc). You are obsessed with the customer experience, and want to improve processes at cheapest cost.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of program or project management experience
4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
English advanced level - Written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
