We are looking for a Principal Risk Manager to play a key role in the International Emerging Stores Payments team. This role offers exciting challenges and the opportunity to influence and drive a growing payments area.

Key job responsibilities

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable conclusions.

  • Superior written and oral communication skills combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.

  • An understanding of finance issues in an operational environment of rapid growth.

  • Solid business judgment.

  • Excellent PC modeling skills, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of finance technology, forecast & budgeting, or other finance-focused competency experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or certificate of completion of studies required

  • English and Spanish proficiency, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and data analysis

  • Modeling skills – experience with machine learning techniques is a plus

  • Clear communication, with demonstrated examples of building trust and credibility with C-level executives with different backgrounds

  • Ability to influence decision and drive results in a complex and diverse environment

  • Curious to learn from others and experiment different approaches
