Amazon Marketplace Mexico is looking for a talented, passionate and confident leader to lead New Seller Recruitment Sales and account development. You will be leading a team of high-performing Sales Reps and Account Managers, and you will need to help them identify, prioritize, and operationalize their individual action plans. Our Sellers are our Customers, and we want you to bring a passion for their success to this role.

The objective of the New Seller Recruitment Sales team is to deliver business growth and maximize revenue generation by providing Amazon service to sellers like launching sellers and to use features that help them be successful on Amazon's third party marketplace. You will analyze data including but not limited to Seller performance, anecdotes to identify opportunities to help Sellers success. You also work closely with internal teams (marketing, PMO, global product teams, multiple marketplace stakeholders) to remove Seller friction and achieve growth opportunities.

Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives. This role provides many opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and fast-moving environment.

Key job responsibilities

-Manage, Hire and Develop the New Seller Recruitment Sales Team

-Create, Develop and Execute the New Seller Recruitment Sales Team

-Create, develop and execute the Sales Strategy

-Automatize and Scale processes for both mass and individually reach to Sellers

-Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the business

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studies

  • 8+ years sales experience in Sales, Business Development, Vendor Management, Account Management

  • Proven track record of presenting to/negotiating with executives (both internal/external)

  • Team management (hiring, developing) - At least 2 years of managing sales teams.

  • Advanced English - written and spoken

  • Advanced excel: Advanced forumlas, pivot tables, functions for forecasting and prediction, Macros

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree preferred

  • Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Work experience preferably in the eCommerce, on-line advertising, retail technology, or IT industries

  • History of exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
