Amazon Executive Assistant Intern in Mexico City, Mexico

Description

Amazon’s Consumer business is seeking an exceptionally bright, motivated, and team-oriented Intern to support our team and its leader. In this role, you will be joining a diverse and supportive community providing a unique opportunity to develop your administrative skills and experience. This is a fun and rewarding opportunity in an international organization.

The most successful candidate will be an effective communicator, possess the ability to complete tasks quickly and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. They will work closely with other administrative professionals within the International Consumer, Finance, and Operations organizations. Understanding basic company organization, working relationships, and business partner roles and responsibilities for this team is important as this position will work closely with multiple geographies and the rest of the company. The ideal candidate is able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Interns at Amazon Mexico work 6hs a day (30hs/week) for 12 months (between October 2024 and October 2025). Participants will join Amazon as Interns at our CDMX Office in Mexico

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Mexico City, MEX, MEX

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in HR, Business Administration or Psychology or other related field with a graduation conferral date between October 2023 and October 2025

  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn organizational structures and understand the objectives of the team

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Available to complete a 12-month internship working 30hs/week

  • Candidates must have intermediate - advanced ability to speak, write, read as well as understand written and spoken English.

  • Advanced ability to communicate verbally and in written form in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient written and verbal communication in English
