Amazon Finance Specialist, Accounts Payable in Manila, Philippines
Description
Amazon’s Finance Operations department seeks an Account Payable Analyst for APAC AP operations to join their dynamic group. This analyst is generally assigned to handle vendor maintenance related tasks, incl. vendor setup/modification etc. This position requires the good understanding of the Accounts Payable processes, and should be able to deliver results with quality in a timely manner. Controllership is the top priority, and this position is required to understand how to identify basic control risks, and implement & operate controls during daily operations. This position will also be involved in basic analysis and reporting, AP process improvements and projects. Financial risk analysis ability, understanding of financial systems, and solid accounts payable operational awareness are required.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters (MBA/M.Com)
With 5+ years of qualification experience
Experience in AP operations in large multi-national organizations
Worked in Customer focused teams (both Internal / External).
Interpersonal skills - including written and oral communication skills.
Experience in Six Sigma defect reduction techniques (DMAIC, etc.) and have worked on improvement projects
Preferred Qualifications
Green Belt / Black Belt Certification (Preferred)
Experience of using Oracle Financial Applications (Preferred)
Managerial experience in Finance operations/Shared Services, Accounts Payable, P2P (Preferred)
