This role can be based in any of our EU6 Corporate offices with the preference being France or Spain

On the EU Softlines Marketing team, we are obsessed with making Amazon Fashion one of the most loved fashion destinations in Europe (and globally). As part of this mission, we are expanding our Customer Engagement team to drive acquisition, retention and frequency/upsell strategies, connecting with customers across different lifecycle stages. To develop our vision and deliver our ambitious growth plans, we are looking to hire an Senior Program Manager, Amazon Fashion EU.

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for driving Customer Engagement for Amazon Fashion EU, driving program strategy and execution, defining the annual roadmap and experimentation plan, and owning reporting and measurement. They will conceptualize and deliver innovative customer-facing programs and campaigns, testing new channels and optimization strategies. The Senior Program Manager will work across cross-functional teams including traffic, content, and selection to identify growth opportunities and develop partnerships. They will also work with business intelligence and tech partners, influencing the development of new product features and tools for lifecycle marketing and measurement.

You genuinely love fashion, and you genuinely love numbers - you have a deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and lifecycle marketing tools. You obsess over customers and spend a lot of time thinking about creative ways to drive engagement across the shopping journey, helping customers to discover fashion, try new categories and build loyalty. You have demonstrable experience driving multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies, building strategic partnerships, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Own Customer Engagement program for Amazon Fashion EU

• Lead strategy and roadmap planning at total Softlines, category and channel level

• Oversee execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Build relationships with central and partner teams

• Analyze and report on performance to quantify effectiveness of campaigns at driving acquisition, retention and frequency; drive scalable learnings

• Set an experimentation calendar and test hypotheses around optimal strategy in terms of messaging and targeting

• Influence tech partners on automation roadmap to enable scalable growth

Basic Qualifications

  • • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • • Robust experience with lifecycle marketing strategies and metrics, including key marketing channels (e.g. on-site, social media, outbound)

  • • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional projects and initiatives, leveraging agile methodologies

  • • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goals to senior leadership

  • • Proficiency in analytical tools and approaches (e.g. Microsoft Excel, SQL, A/B testing) to manipulate and analyze data, determine impact and areas for improvement

  • • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • • Master’s degree with significant experience in Digital Marketing

  • • European language skills (in particular German, French, Spanish, Italian)

  • • Prior customer lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in the fashion space

  • • An impressive track record of delivering on customer engagement and growth metrics

  • • Direct experience in e-commerce, fashion retail, customer experience, or a related field
