We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as Business Development Manager - Amazon Hub PARP (Pick up and Return Points) in Spain.

Amazon Hub PARP, including Amazon Lockers, are exciting, new delivery solutions, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing the network of location providers suitable as partners for Lockers. Creating long-lasting relationships with strategic partners across Portugal is fundamental to the expansion plans for the program and for delivering an outstanding customer experience. Maximizing these partner relationships helps our business to grow, expanding Amazon's delivery network and providing more convenience and selection to our customers.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development manager to build out our network. You will efficiently negotiate terms and close deals with key partners in the commercial vertical. Internally, you will work with functions that cut across the organization including technology, marketing, transportation and customer service, to drive great customer experience for our program.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the Pickup location expansion in Portugal, building out a pipeline of new partners for our products.

  • Drive the Amazon Pickup Locations CX to deliver the best in class experience, service and convenience

  • Drive the innovation and process improvement in your team by leveraging your previous experience in negotiating with different C-level internal/external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • Portuguese speaker

  • A Degree

  • Relevant experience in account management, marketing or sales

  • Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such as customer, partner or business performance issues

  • Relevant experience in driving strategic alliances and partnerships for business

  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in E-Commerce, Retail, Consulting and/or B2B

  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
