Amazon Transportation Program Manager, Transportation Network Configuration in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Amazon is a data-driven business, so part of your role will involve gathering insights to make decisions. You’ll trial different ideas, analyze data to identify potential challenges, and present your findings to senior teams.

The environment is fast-paced, deadline driven and you will need to be comfortable working on several initiatives at once. You have a desire to learn and experience new things, and a passion for improvements.

Key job responsibilities

  • Deliver solutions to support our business and operations

  • Collect and analyze data to drive decisions and provide business insights

  • Run meetings with partner teams to track progress, implement new initiatives, and improve existing programs

  • Document standards for projects and ensure compliance

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders

  • Create project plans and manage the implementation through various phases

A day in the life

Every day is different as a Program Manager. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to deliver solutions for your customers. You will implement changes, collaborate with other teams, track project progress, and share updates with key stakeholders

About the team

You will join a sub-team with Transportation Network Configuration team that supports our business and operations to keep the transportation network running and growing.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Luxembourg, LUX

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology

  • Experience in MS Access and SQL

  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
