Amazon Product Manager - EU Marketplace, 3P Environmental Compliance in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Description

The Amazon Marketplace is a critical part of the Amazon ecosystem, which offers millions of sellers the opportunity to build and grow their businesses using Amazon’s reach and expertise.

Environmental compliance encompasses all recycling regulations that sellers have to comply with in Europe, primarily Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). EPR is an environmental policy that makes sellers who first place a product subject to EPR requirements in a country responsible for the entire life cycle of the products that they introduce on the market, from their design until the end of life.

We strive to continuously minimize the friction compliance generates for our sellers while minimizing the risk to our business by building products to improve the seller experience and the speed- of -compliance.

As a product manager on the team, you will oversee the seller journey to become compliant with Amazon products end-to-end to ensure a seamless seller experience. You will advocate for our sellers and own the strategy, requirements, and roadmap to translate our vision into reality. You will create consensus with both internal and external teams like software engineering, design, business, compliance, legal, public policy, and external service provider teams. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the business, champion the needs of the sellers, and dive deep into the technology and operational implications of the products you oversee.

You are the right person for this role if you are customer-focused, a self-starter, a natural problem solver, a strong communicator, and have a passion for delivering high-quality work. You are excited about the positive impact environmental compliance can have for the planet and thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, unhindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities.
