Amazon Executive Assistant, 1-year contract, WW Engineering, Amazon LastMile Transportation in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Description

As an Executive Assistant you are the primary point of contact and information flow to and from a variety of teams and partners to our director - we seek to hire and then offer continual development to the very best EA ready to work in our fast paced, customer focused organization.

We are looking for a bright and motivated candidate with experience of supporting multiple managers who can demonstrate expertise with complex diary management, travel arrangements and expense recording as well as the set-up, budgeting and active management of small to mid-scale events for the team.

Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests is critical. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives is imperative.

As a community the Amazon EAs work together to deliver large scale events and to share workload when priorities demand additional support - commitment to teamwork is essential.

This role will be based in Luxembourg.

The WW Engineering team is comprised of a diverse group of engineers spread all over EU and NA who drive coordination of all activities required to safely build complex solutions across the AMZL network. Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant experience supporting senior leadership or previous project management experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel

  • Ability to consistently exercise good judgment

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • History of partnering with other executive assistants

  • A strong aptitude for learning; is curious and asks effective questions
