Key job responsibilities

This position will partner with senior leaders and their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and interventions that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into a HR agenda that supports the business. The Leader will assess the human resources needs in areas such as talent development, cultivating culture, organization design, compensation, and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas. We are looking for an HR Leader who has the ability to diagnose issues and influence solutions/outcomes.

• Be a core, strategic and trusted member of the Global Central Operations PXT team

• Be responsible for building and driving the people agenda to deliver results including creating initiatives to drive performance and accelerate the growth of the business

• Lead the annual HR talent management cycle relating to Talent and Performance Management, Compensation Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development for the organizations

• Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development

Basic Qualifications

  • extensive HR experience, ideally working with Corporate teams;

  • Demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a fast-paced environment and matrix organizational structure;

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required;

  • Demonstrated ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, strategies and initiatives to effect continual improvements in people objectives;

  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employee and corporate group to ensure a high level of employee engagement;

  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment;

  • Coaching and mentoring experience of Leaders and Leaders of Leaders;

  • Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs, with a passion for learning and development;

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in HR or MBA;

  • Experience in managing and leading organisational change, and strategic HR management

  • Key leadership principles for the role: customer obsession, ownership, learn and be curious, earn trust and bias for action
