Description

Amazon strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company where people can find and discover virtually anything they want to buy online. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices. Over 2 million Sellers sell on Amazon Marketplace and we obsess over providing world class support to them.

In this role, you will own development of content and execution of marketing strategies on Flash Sale programs to maximize engagement and action rates from Seller Partners, leveraging data and quantitative results. Flash sale programs (e.g., Call Off Stock, Amazon Global Listings etc.) are strategic EU 3P wide initiatives that allow for lower prices, faster delivery, and increased selection for all EU customers.

With new legislations changing compliance landscape in Europe, this position will lead the Seller Partner outreach for flash sale models along with account management support based across EU and China. You will partner with multiple product and program teams across geographies in order to scale identified solutions across regions, influencing product development roadmaps and holding yourself and partner teams to a high bar in terms of targeting, content, key messaging, and impact, identifying and focusing on core KPI’s to steer your actions and iterations.

You will seek to identify opportunities to automate in order to scale marketing workflows where it makes sense to do so, whilst ensuring you stay well connected to the Selling Partner Experience by leveraging tools and solutions to continually raise the bar in terms of how Selling Partners receive, perceive and act on our outreach messaging. You will identify blockers that hamper Selling Partners’ ability to take action, and engage with the product owners to remove friction points, thus triggering greater adoption of flash sale programs and greater engagement with call-to-action messaging.
