The Amazon Business Prime team is looking for a EU regional lead and P&L owner. The role will focus on growth but also includes product requirements and development efforts specific to the EU. The role is multi-functional and the person will be the single threaded leader for our Business Prime EU strategy and execution of key initiatives spanning growth, marketing, promotions and operational maintenance of the Business Prime SMB program. This is a high visibility role with a major impact on business outputs. The role offers candidates with a mix of vision, customer obsession, and execution skills the chance to shape the future of a strategic program for Amazon.

This is an individual contributor role.

Key job responsibilities

  • EU Growth and Country Leadership: Manage growth (customer adoption, engagement, retention) and goals for Business Prime in the EU. Drive adoption of Business Prime via sales and marketing channels.

  • Sales enablement: Work with AB sales in the EU to ensure our sales teams members understand how to have customers adopt Business Prime at scale and drive rapid adoption of Business Prime benefits.

  • Promotions, Pricing and Plans: Collaborate with Business Prime team, Sales Agents, Customer Advisors, Data Science and Finance partners on promotions, incentives, pricing and global plan structure.

  • Customer Insights and PRFAQs: Use voice of the customer mechanisms to glean EU customer needs that can be uniquely met Business Prime. Work backwards from the customer to create compelling proposals for EU-specific product requirements. This may result in further work with User Experience Design and engineering teams to define detailed requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 6+ years experience in product management, product marketing, sales/channel enablement or other commercial role involving targets and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical capabilities and, if possible, SQL knowledge (or enthusiasm to learn)
