Amazon Web Services is looking to hire a highly motivated Sr. PM to build, own, and drive strategic initiatives, as well as build out our executive engagement and senior leadership team engagement processes and mechanisms across EMEA. The individual will be a core member of the EMEA Strategic Engagement & Comms team owning crucial elements of the Day to Day AWS business in EMEA.

As the Sr. Exec Engagement & Comms PM, you will play a critical role supporting the AWS EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa) sales organization. The responsibility of leading executive engagement efforts is to maximize the success of interactions between senior executives from AWS and our key customers. This includes conceptualizing and launching new executive engagement initiatives, proactively identifying and facilitating executive meetings, improving and raising awareness of executive meeting request processes, and creating reporting mechanisms that demonstrate executive engagement success. This individual contributor role will be a trusted partner and primary point of contact for executive engagements supporting our leadership, sales, and executive briefing teams.

To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), a strong understanding and awareness of business outcomes, and strong customer obsession and drive to create new or innovate existing processes. This role is available in London.

Key job responsibilities

· 5+ years of experience driving large initiatives with global organizations

· Track record of managing complex projects and programs while demonstrating exceptional judgement

· Experience in marketing, sales, sales enablement, and/working with C-suite clients in a technology setting

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs

· Experience working with broad groups of stakeholders including senior leadership

· Experience managing multiple projects at the same time, and navigating competing priorities and goals

· Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

· Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

· Entrepreneurial and self-sufficient: work with little oversight delivering high-quality results and driving own agenda

· Effective problem-solving and mediation skills

· Strong planning, project management and problem-solving skills

· Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments

The Strategic Engagement & Comms team works as the nerve center for the EMEA Senior Leadership Team, supporting the VP of AWS Global Sales for EMEA. Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
