As Sr. Product Manager in S&A you will be the lead strategist in defining the detailed product requirements, roadmap and product backlog for the minimum lovable product (MLP) and the north star vision for single or multiple module capabilities. Our project is an early stage project with a bold vision, highly visible charter and strategic significance. This comes with a lot of opportunities to develop/launch a new suite of technical product capabilities and also grow as a product leader, as well as ambiguity in ownership and direction in early days.

You’re a natural collaborator equally comfortable talking business process with operation leaders, tech with developers, user experience with designers, positioning with product marketers, numbers with finance and marketing, and strategy with executive leadership.

Key job responsibilities

  • Be the ultimate owner of the product vision, strategy and execution for your products.

  • Implement and manage a Product/Program Management framework that ensures completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders

  • Designing and developing products to delight Finance customers at scale.

  • Be an evangelist, promoting new features to customers, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption while simultaneously protecting and enhancing the customer experience.

  • Identifying new opportunities for S&A to innovate on behalf of our customers.

A day in the life

The ideal candidate is passionate about products, has strong product development and process design skills, as well as exceptional project management abilities. The candidate will have demonstrated experience in building and managing teams. They should also be comfortable dealing with unbounded ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an operational environment developing, fast-prototyping, piloting and launching analytic products

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as QuickSight, QuicksightQ, Tableau
