Amazon Freight - Amazon's external facing Freight service is hiring a Senior Product Manager to manage our Full truckload business and strategy. You will be responsible for formulating & implementing product strategies for different customer segments while managing the business to drive profitable growth. You will take a pivotal role in defining how our business in EU will continue scaling throughout the years.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define and execute Product strategy for different customer segments

  • Review and manage P&L, aligning on actions with pricing and supply teams to meet business goals

  • Enable new product capabilities to enhance customer experience and drive profitable growth.

  • Partner with Finance teams to build business plans for upcoming years

Amazon Freight allows both small and large businesses to use Amazon to transport palletized goods across Europe. This is an innovative technology-driven service currently growing rapidly in Europe. We are a technology powered business, and we utilize Amazon’s expertise in technology and operations to delight our shippers. Amazon Freight is part of the Amazon Transportation Services organization responsible for many of Amazon’s best-in-class logistics and transportation operations.

Within Amazon Freight, we are a team of product and program managers that develop solutions to enhance shipper experience and drive profitable growth across various ship modes.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Basic Qualifications

  • A degree

  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

  • Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills

  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

  • Experience on working close to business financials (P&L)

  • Experience designing business strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA

  • Experience in delivering end-to-end customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork (qualitative research moderation and survey execution), analysis, recommendations, reporting and presentation of results to senior leadership

  • Experience in areas such as market research, statistics, finance or qualitative/quantitative research
