Prime Video Channels is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to join our Prime Video Channels content team and support the Prime Video Channels business EU-wide. You will support the development of new processes and standards for how we work across EU partners. You will oversee action plans based on deep-dive analysis of both internal and external metrics and provide recommendations on how to both grow the business and improve the partner experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at one of the most innovative online video services in the world and brings advancement into a variety of roles at Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

• Identify and understand all internal and external variables that impact EU partners (this entails monitoring, understanding and reporting on the business, along with responsibility for executing projects to achieve business objectives).

• Drive process improvements and the use of operational excellence best practices whilst designing long-term solutions.

• Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends/events, and continually monitor industry developments

• Have a complete understanding of the customer and partner needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to make recommendations to Prime Video Leadership on process and partner experience improvements.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, while meeting tight deadlines.

• Uses expertise and judgment to select stakeholders to determine the right goals and inform decisions.

• Able to force multiply and handle complex problems and/or efforts, decisions, and escalations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, project/program management, or buying

  • Experience using data to influence business decisions

  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, including partner development skills or related experience

  • Experience in and/or a passion for the TV and digital video markets in Europe

  • Strong problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

  • Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

  • Highly proficient in Excel
