Description
Information & Intelligence
• Track the losses and do periodic audits to mitigate the local issues, work closely with the third-party team and provide feedback as per the business and process requirements.
• Enhance, track, and report on metrics which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner
• Effectively partner with internal customers in evaluating current and future security services, processes and initiatives
• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all key shrink related goals and metrics.

• Acting as an enabler by applying performance standards, identifying resource needs and allocating resources and support the nodes
• Leading by example and demonstrating the application of Amazon leadership principles in the daily work.
Means & Equipment
• Coordinate data collection, through database polling or data entry, from multiple nodes and conduct analysis generating strategic and tactical interpretations
• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all key shrink related goals and metrics.
Control & Supervision
• Regular monitor the nodes under his area of responsibility on the loss and taking corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in security and loss prevention within supply chain including significant experience in a distribution and logistics environment.
• Relevant qualification in loss prevention, security management and related field.
• Ability to proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all the facts, consider other perspectives, conduct root cause analysis
Preferred Qualifications
• University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification.
• Experience in managing or coordinating security investigations of complex nature.
• Experience in security auditing.
