Shipping & Delivery Support (SDS) has an opening for a Training Manager. This team delivers training for SDS contact centre associates that are based across different countries and lines of business within SDS. We are seeking a Training Manager to join our Learning Organisation.

Key job responsibilities

1) Work with stakeholders to identify target audience, training needs and ensure training delivery against required training timelines.

2) Manage a team of trainers, including their schedule, development and productivity.

3) Coordinate and plan trainings such as new hire, cross-training, refreshers, onboarding, upskill, launch trainings and any other types of trainings.

4)Identify site-specific knowledge gaps through observations, focus groups, quality checks, and data analysis and propose specific training topics based on findings.

5)Monitor, track and report on training completion and success metrics.

Basic Qualifications

1) 2+ years of experience in the field of training delivery in a corporate environment.

2) 2 + years of experience in successfully managing a team of trainers, and supporting their success and growth

3) Demonstrated success and experience with planning and implementing trainings

4) Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members in a global environment.

5) Knowledge of adult learning theory, training evaluations and practices.

6) Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and measuring training results and learning effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelors/ master’s degree in the field of training or a related field • Learning/Training certifications
