Amazon Communication Trainer, Account Health Support in Hyderabad, India

Description

The Communication trainer facilitates training of all specialists in Account health support team, drives initiatives and programs to improve voice/written performance at the local site, and examines data to identify the continuous learning needs of the site. Our initial training approach is to facilitate communication coaching basis market place level nuances for new hires that inspires a focus on their speaking and written quality.

Key job responsibilities

Continuous learning initiatives are developed as a team, with peers at other support organization, and with the quality and instructional design as a whole. You will be responsible for designing, building, auditing content, and using data to determine the effectiveness of communication training initiatives. A solid applicant should be able to display not only the capability to train, but also the ability to care about performance, coach, analyze data and improve upon existing processes. You will also engage in coordinating and handling all aspects of training needs for the local site and network. Coordination includes, but is not limited to, scheduling all training classes and needs, leading all required onboarding tasks owned by the Training team for new hires, driving engagement of new hire classes, keeping a keen eye on opportunities to care about engagement on the team and site level, tracking, and reporting completion of all trainings at a site level. The Communication trainer should also possess good process improvement background that focuses on driving initiatives in not only the training space, but also on a site and network level.

Basic Qualifications

· Previous experience of 3 years in training.

· Certified Communication trainer with good communication skills – oral and written

· Good interpersonal skills – ability to work with and influence multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders across different sites globally

· Knowledge of MS Office Tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chrome and Outlook.

· Time Management, prioritization and organization

· Adaptability for a rapidly changing environment and requirements, Flexibility to work in different shifts.

· Ability to analyze, identify issues and recommend solutions.

· Ability to build reports and dashboards for monitoring performance during training.

Preferred Qualifications

· A graduate in any field of study.

· High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge

· Creative problem solvers and good analytical skills

· Good mathematic and organizational/time management skills

· Resilient, cares about others development, and displays ownership for one’s own personal development and a desire for career progression
