AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS’s services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC, Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles engage with AWS customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

Annapurna Labs, as part of AWS, is looking for a Q&R Engineer.

As an IC Quality and Reliability Engineer you will take a key part in ensuring the producers of Annapurna Labs semi-conductor products meets our customers' demands.

This will include establishing product DFQR (Design-for-Q&R) during the product design stage, developing product reliability validation (RV) plans and DOEs, running product qualification and RV, including failure analysis (FA), perform reliability modeling, analysis and reporting,

In this role you will be completely exposed to the semi-conductor production flow of all Annapurna Labs products, all semi-conductor testing methodologies and FAB process yield improvement activity.

Basic Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree (M.Sc an advantage) in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials science or related fields with practical work experience

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability

• Knowledge in semiconductor physics, VLSI IC design, manufacturing, testing and FA, reliability engineering and statistics fundamentals.

• Experience in IC and system level testing and debug

• Ability to work under high workloads, take on responsibilities, learn and look for opportunities to make significant impact at work

• A team player, with the ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with Semi-conductor industry production flows

• Experience working with OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) and ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers)

• Good knowledge of Semi-conductor fabrication process

• programming capabilities
