Position Title: Functional MKTG III

Location: Cupertino, California

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and scaling of a framework for measuring and analyzing productivity of marketing programs, including aligning stakeholders on key metrics and facilitating reviews with business partners. 2. Build the marketing analytics and data management roadmap and work across several cross functional teams (marketing, product, finance, operations, science and tech) to develop the solutions needed to deliver those projects. 3. Consult with business partners and work with business analysts and engineers to develop metrics and reporting solutions that measure key inputs, outputs, and productivity of the marketing team. 4. Prepare concise, compelling written communications to present findings and recommendations to internal partners and document methods for transparency and continuity. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage vast data sets, analytic tools, and other resources to advance the quality and timeliness of analysis. 6. Lead data-management efforts to ensure customer data is efficiently and accurately mapped into reporting and marketing campaign tools needed to execute campaigns and measure performance. 7. Up to 10 % of domestic travel required. 8. Telecommuting benefits available.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $148,595/year to $162,200/year

Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial and Operations Engineering or related discipline and 5 year(s) of experience in analytical experience in marketing or related field. In the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial and Operations Engineering or related discipline followed by 8 year(s) of progressively responsible experience in analytical experience in marketing or related field.

Experience must include:

(1) 5 year(s) of experience in people management.

(2) 5 year(s) of experience in Excel for ad hoc data analysis, visualization and modeling.
