We are seeking a highly skilled, data-driven Head of Program Management to simplify exports solutions on international shipping and product compliance and lead our cross-border education programs. This is a highly-influential role with an important contribution to make improve the existing solutions for merchants to expand their businesses from Latin America to the USA.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, and will be comfortable assessing and working with multiple sources envisioning what will make marketplace-related services a success in the context. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by the ambiguity or competing priorities to scale a in a new geography. This means you are not only able to own high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

Key job responsibilities

• Identify roadblocks for merchants and create projects to solve these challenges.

• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop products and tools that meet Customers’ needs.

• Promoting -driving decision making throughout the team

• Collaborate with global product teams to identify and influence development of new products and services

• Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders

• Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership

• Interface with senior management and other internal and external business/technical partners to communicate program status and risks

• Creating goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 5+ years of team management experience

  • 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level

  • English advanced level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Knowledge of SQL
