Description
• Execute test plans & test cases, creating test data, and reporting results in a timely, clear, and concise manner.
• Understand testing procedures, guidelines and policies for new devices and apply the
same in day-to-day work.
• Create SOPs based on existing test methods and processes with little assistance.
• Raise defects for all failures observed and track doubts related to the execution of test
instructions through pre-defined mechanisms and report bugs and errors
to development teams.
• Responsible for the quality of the components/features owned. Comes up with initiatives that helps the project key metrics like productivity, defect leakage and quality in test areas owned.
• Provides floor support for any queries raised in their respective area and unblocks the Device Associates
• Should be agile and be responsive to changing priorities in projects and be quick at changing course of testing
• Responsible for security and maintenance of the company assets, accessories and devices
allocated to perform daily operations.
About the team
In Fire Tablets, we have multiple DA team working on various components and we validate/certify the software builds.

Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of previous experience and training with regard to specific testing skills pertinent to this job.
• A graduate in any field of study.
• Basic knowledge of test methodologies and manual testing practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong critical thinking skills, an analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude.
