Advertiser Success Team (AST) works on optimizing account’s Sponsored Ads performance for Amazon advertisers. As an Ads Success Manager, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts and be responsible in helping them meet their advertising goals by opportunity identification and ads campaign optimization. We are looking for a hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated Ads Performance Manager who will assist Amazon advertisers to optimize their ads accounts to achieve their business goals. Additionally, an Ads Performance Manager also gets the opportunity of testing internal tools and gathering/sharing insights with internal product and tech teams.

To be successful in this role, you should have an experience in interacting with clients (phone/email) and be flexible for changes. You play a key role in growing the business by being the Sponsored Ads expert and developing ads campaign strategy and optimization recommendations to help grow clients’ business. Our environment is fast-paced and requires you to be comfortable with working in a deadline-driven environment. You should possess excellent verbal/written communication skills and be able to explain recommendations to clients clearly and effectively. You should be able to thrive in ambiguous situations with strong skills of stakeholder management and communication. You should have great attention to detail, solid capabilities and skillsets of deep diving, data analyzing, judgment making, multi-tasking (in terms of assisting multiple clients with different issues at one time) and more importantly customer delighting.

Key job responsibilities

Leading team to Improve campaign performance across SA(Sponsor Ads) and helping advertisers grow on Amazon Ads are the key objectives. You need to partner with GGS(Global Growth Sales) AEs to enable WW Growth advertisers grow their business by focusing on success of their ad campaigns. While GGS AEs will focus on increasing revenue through upsells and budget increases, you will own performance across SA, enabling advertisers to meet goals through optimization and new campaigns to ensure effective budget utilization . In addition, you will help advertisers to maximize the ROAS ( Return on Ads Spending) .

A day in the life

Working with their teams, the leader should be able to:

• Build, own and scale programs which eliminate barriers to Advertiser success and help grow their business.

• Coach ad success optimizers to develop advertising solutions that will deliver high performance.

• Define metrics to help improve advertising solutions, provide insights to Sales teams and grow business. Prepare weekly / quarterly reviews, business documents

• Set stretch goals and deliver against them on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

• Hire, groom and grow team members.

About the team

Advertiser Success Team (AST) assists in onboarding advertisers on Sponsored Ads (SA) and engages in account management for existing advertisers on search and managed display. In onboarding, we focus on providing 1on1 assistance in education and setting advertisers for success, and in account management we perform campaign management activities that include adding KWs, ASINs, review budget, and provide campaign strategies aligned to advertiser goals.

Basic Qualifications

- - Bachelor Degree, MBA background is preferred

- - Proven record in team management or digital ads, marketing, programmatical buying

- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required

- - Strong analytical abilities in using Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

- - Willingness to exposure in front with global teams in other locales- ie IN, US, EU

- - Ability to work cross-functionally and with various of team members

- - Skill in SQL server operation
