We strive to offer seamless listing experience for our selling partners and a largest & best available selection with right product information for our customers. We ensure best buying and post buying experience to the customer by providing complete and correct information in the detail page. To accelerate and excel in our execution, we want to leverage scalable tech solutions and expand our programs globally.
MENA RBS team is looking for a Senior program manager to shape and lead our Selection, buying and post buying experience, and cost optimization programs, in order to increase efficiencies and quality of our customer journey.
Key job responsibilities
As a Sr PM, you will
Develops new program strategy, writes documents for solutions involving RBS and external teams. Determines goals, RACI etc.
Identify business process improvement opportunities and drive the process improvements across multiple teams in MENA. Help to drive the standardization of business process across multiple product lines working closely with business, operations and technical teams.
Identify areas of automation and write the business and functional requirements and then program manage the automation programs interacting with business, operations and technical teams.
Define, measure and present metrics / reports to Senior Level Management.
Effectively engage with customers to manage and resolve issues
Troubleshoot and drive resolutions with tools team to ensure reliable and operationally effective flow of process, improve processes and increase productivity.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
5+ years of leading large complex programs experience
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
