To continue to drive excellence within our Amazon Egypt Operations we are currently looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join us as an Operations Integration Manager.

As an Operations Integration Manager, you will drive our network agenda across raising diversity, establishing equity in our processes and embedding inclusive environments across Egypt. A key stakeholder to the Operations team, you will contribute to the optimization of how we think, teach and deliver cultural change across fulfilment/transportation/delivery network, enabling processes to meet our associate experience goals. You will collaborate on and then execute the roadmap of standard Egypt process upgrades, directly supporting implementation of change at Egypt and site level.

In partnership with Egypt leadership, Operations management and several stakeholders, the Operations Integration Manager will develop mechanisms to surface known best practices, deploy change and raise the bar. You will own standardization of processes, lead trials and engage with stakeholders across Egypt, AMET and WW, enabling standardization and innovation.

Your resident location must be local to the geographic area of the position you are applying for. This position may support multiple sites within the region and the ability to routinely travel between local sites is essential. The successful candidate must be capable of occasional domestic travel, estimated at less than 75% of the time.

Key job responsibilities

As a key member of the Egypt leadership team, you will work with various stakeholders, including Egypt Senior Leaders, Site Leadership teams, EGYPT/AMET Support teams and stakeholders and contribute to the stable optimization of our cultural processes by:

• Leading cross-functional business decisions, aligning partner teams, and recommend long-term solutions and business case grounded in data.

• Leading deployment of Process Standard implementations and upgrades within the transportation network.

• Delivering crisp scoping documents outlining novel solutions and product ideas, set objectives, analyze data and drive success metrics that are quantifiable.

• Owning end to end roadmap for the program delivery and develop overall strategy.

• Owning the process/ tools and mechanisms for Change requests to be raised, evaluated, concluded within SLAs.

• Contributing to the creation and continuous improvement of operation standards, and partnering with local management and supporting teams (OPS, WHS, LMP, PXT, PE, DEX, ACES, L&D).

• Scheduling and moderating multiple weekly standing meetings with internal teams to obtain or share information and approve changes; coordinate information between various teams in the organization.

• Monitoring and reporting on compliance risks and issues, collaborating with internal risk management teams to identify necessary mitigation steps

• Work with RoW and EU/NA CM team and partner SME’s to identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities, through processes to evaluate change requests, and facilitating lessons learnt from changes at a network level.

• Identifying process defects through stakeholder feedback and audits. Facilitate cross functional mechanisms to minimize defects in a measurable way.

• Identifying and address customer and business pain points by actively deep diving into data and operational processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of operations, program management, business development or technology experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

  • Experience with end to end program delivery.

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

  • Experience owning technology products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.

  • Experience with both UTR and OTR processes.

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, enabling individual to establish relationships across. levels and organizational lines.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

  • High-quality judgment and sound decision-making.

  • Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner.

  • Strong project and time management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to closure.

  • A high bar for accuracy and detail.

  • Demonstrated experience with DEI initiatives and organizational change management.
