Amazon GEN AI Startup Mktg Manager, AMER Segment Marketing in Boston, Massachusetts

Description

The Americas Segment and Lifecycle Marketing team is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Field Marketing Manager to join our North America Startups team and execute impactful marketing programs that drive awareness and adoption of AWS's generative AI services and solutions among startups. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in implementing high-impact campaigns that support our generative AI strategy for the Startups segment. You'll collaborate closely across functional sales and marketing teams to build and accelerate marketing-generated pipeline, leveraging insights from the customer journey.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Execute the North America Startups Marketing generative AI plan, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and contribute to the overall strategy.

  2. Produce engaging first and third-party events, customer lifecycle projects, and extended North America and Global generative AI initiatives that resonate with startups.

  3. Partner with the Startups Marketing OneTeam to execute generative AI-focused campaigns across Canada and the United States.

  4. Track and analyze performance within the North America Startups marketing team, reporting results, identifying insights, and sharing learnings across the customer journey.

  5. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, executing high-velocity programs with attention to detail and adaptability.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management

  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
